2. No redemption - the voucher cannot be exchanged for money and is not refundable.
3. Validity period - The voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue. After this period, the voucher becomes invalid and cannot be used.
4. How to use the voucher? When generating a reservation for a tourist service, the voucher number is entered. You may need to provide the payment document certifying the purchase of the voucher.
5. Additional payment if necessary - If the selected tourist package is of a higher value than the voucher, you can pay the difference.
6. No refund of the difference - if the selected tourist package is of a lower value than the voucher, the remaining amount is not refunded.
